We are a company focused on renting serviced apartments for all customers – for private and business customers. Our strength is a fast and reliable customer service, flexibility and cost efficiency. We are a local, Finnish company whose values include honesty, service orientation and respect for the customer. We operate in Turku and we know the area well. We have 25 years of experience renting apartments. We serve in English, Swedish and Finnish.
Company employees are welcome to stay in our homelike temporary apartments, which have all the necessary equipment for long-term living.
Private persons need a replacement apartment during water damage or housing association renovations. We rent furnished apartments directly to everybody who needs one and to insurance companies when the insurance covers a replacement apartment when the apartment is out of use.
Foreign exchange students and workers are welcome to stay in our well equipped apartments, 1 of which (Kaivokatu 2) is located right next to the Turku university. Two other studios in the center of Turku are also close to the university area, just 5-10 minutes’ walk away. See the location of our apartments on the map.
